Once you give us reach out to us, we’ll gather some basic information and set up a time to meet with you on site.
This helps us get an idea of the space, backyard access, and any unique factors we need to be aware of and work around.
We prepare a quote for you based on our discussions which will include an outline of the pool, equipment, and landscaping costs.
We’ll meet up with you to go through the plan and quote so you have an idea of what we’re thinking for your space and the costs associated with that plan.
Once we have a commitment from you, you’ll work with Marette to really nail down the details of your plan. During this phase, your input is invaluable.
All pool construction requires a permit from your local city or township. Depending on your location, you may also require a permit from the local conservation authority.
Let the fun begin! We’ll be there bright and early to start prepping your site. Just a heads up, your yard will be a MESS! That’s ok – it’s all part of the process! As each day passes your yard will start to take shape.
Before we sweep in any polysand or do any of the final touches, we ask that you take a walk through your new backyard and let us know if there’s anything we’ve missed or anything you think needs to be fixed.
Arguably the most exciting part of this journey, this is the day we walk you through how to use everything, and answer any questions. This is also the day you take your first dive into your brand new pool!
