From the moment Chris, the owner, stopped by for the initial consult on the future pool, he was professional, quick, to the point, knowledgeable and patient. We changed our minds multiple times on the kind of pool we wanted, and Chris was with us every step of the way. His entire team, starting with the pool designer and ending with the construction and landscaping crews, were super efficient, available and friendly. Chris delivered on time and on budget. Very happy with the equipment, remote control app, pool design, liner, fountain feature and landscaping. As first time pool owners, we needed a lot of advice, and again Chris and team were there for us. Chris even answered a text late on a weekend night when we had an issue because we did not know we were supposed to top up the pool! We just used Majestic Pools for a second time. First time in 2011 was a great experience and this one in our new home was even better! If you want landscaping and a pool all in one vision then this is the company to use. Chris has an amazing vision and eye for detail and Ryan is an absolute artist with the ground, stone and gardens.
